Will upgrading my systems cause a huge shutdown?
We understand downtime is expensive. That’s why we specialise in "PLC swap-outs" and seamless integrations. We do the heavy lifting (the designing, software and building) off site. By the time we get to your site, we’re there to plug in, test, and get you back up and running with as little disruption as possible.
How do I know the new system is actually safe and reliable?
We design in safety and flexibility, then we test and prove the correct functionality. Every system we build undergoes rigorous testing - including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and functional checks - either at our workshop or your site. Everything is built to strict IEC standards and carries the UKCA mark, so you can sleep soundly knowing your machinery is compliant and safe.
Do work work across multiple sectors and industries?
Definitely. While we do a lot of work in Oil & Gas, Water and Renewables, we’ve also built everything from fire training simulators to complex agricultural automation. If your project involves moving parts, sensors, or complex software, we can probably automate it. We love a new challenge.
